Please take the time to review the listed links on this page for any guidance. Read the information below to ensure that you have the following documents available when starting this process:
Residency Documents
The Parent/Guardian's name and address must appear on the documents, and they must be current. You will be required to submit these documents. If you are registering from a laptop or desktop computer, you can upload PDF or image files of these documents.
Category 1 (ONE of the following documents is required):

Real Estate Tax Bill

Signed and Dated Lease

Mortgage Papers

Closing Papers / Proof of Closing Date

Loan Statement
Category 2 (THREE of the following documents are required):

Gas / Electric / Water / Cable Bill (Current bill issued within 60 days)

Driver's License / State ID (currently issued within 60 days)

If you are unable to scan medical forms into electronic format, ask your physician, dentist, or optometrist to FAX the forms to (815) 838-5046.

*If you qualify for free and reduced lunch please fill out the above application and return it to the school with Attention: Melissa Lesniak.

Parents/Guardians should log-in to their TeacherEase account via the mobile app or from a computer. You will be prompted to start the registration.

Once logged in, go in the "Miscellaneous" tab, use the drop-down and click on "Online Registration". Please contact the school if you need account information to log in.

From there, you will follow the steps as seen on the screen. Ensure that all instructions are read thoroughly. Upload all residency documents, Physicals, Dental, Vision, and Health forms as required by grade level

School Fees can be paid online via TeacherEase., check, or cash.

Upload all residency documents, Physicals, Dental, Vision, and Health forms as required by grade level. (*NOTE: Kindergarten students will need birth certificates uploaded*)
